View MoreAs a former international student in Canada, Amir understands the stress, uncertainty, and pressure that can come with immigration applications. That firsthand experience shaped the way Ansari Immigration works today: with transparency, practical strategy, and direct access to an RCIC when clients have questions about their future in Canada.
Ansari Immigration was created after seeing a gap in the immigration industry. Many clients needed more than form preparation. They needed someone who could understand their goals, explain their options clearly, and guide them toward the best pathway instead of simply recommending the most expensive service.
Transparency is our first priority. Clients deserve honest advice about their options, risks, and next steps.
With more than 8 years of experience and 6,000+ clients and cases supported, Amir focuses on helping students, temporary residents, workers, families, employers, and permanent residence applicants understand their options and choose the pathway that best fits their situation.
In addition to working directly with clients, Amir teaches and presents on Canadian immigration topics. He supports international students through teaching roles at Fraser International College, affiliated with Simon Fraser University, and ULethbridge International College Calgary.
Ardalan Ansari is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Unlike unlicensed "consultants" or expensive immigration law firms, an RCIC gives you the same legal authority to represent you — at a fraction of the cost.

Yes, One of the parents can immigrate to Canada with their child but will not be allowed to study or work
A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an employer in Canada may need to get before hiring a foreign worker. It is a procedure where Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) assesses an offer of employment to ensure that the employment of a foreign worker will not have a negative impact on the Canadian labor market.
No, having a LMIA does not guarantee a work permit. The LMIA is just one step in the process. The foreign worker must still apply for and be granted a work permit by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Yes, an employer can request to hire multiple foreign workers on one LMIA, provided the workers will all be filling the same job position and the work will be conducted in the same location.
We're proud to collaborate with Fraser International College, offering tailored workshops that empower international students with the knowledge and tools they need for their Canadian immigration inquiries. It's more than just understanding the process; it's about crafting a strategic approach that aligns with your educational goals and beyond.
