Our services are offered to facilitate your immigration process; however, it's pertinent to note that immigration services can also be applied for directly with the relevant government authorities at no charge. Our expertise and assistance are aimed at providing a smoother and more structured immigration process for our clients.

3. Decision Making Authority

All decisions regarding the acceptance of applications, eligibility, and approval of immigration status are solely determined by the respective governmental authorities. Ansari Immigration does not have any influence over these decisions. We provide consultancy and assist in preparing your application to the best of our ability, but the final decision rests with the immigration authorities.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for the satisfaction of our clients. Our refund policy is as follows:

• If you choose to cancel our services within 48 hours of payment, a full refund will be issued.

• If work has commenced on your file and you choose to cancel after 48 hours, a partial refund will be provided, the amount of which will be determined based on the extent of work completed.

No refunds will be issued once the application has been submitted to the respective government authorities.
